A big event that just happened in the book is that Briarwood, the boys school, flooded and got destroyed so they have to rebuild it which is going to take a couple of years. Since the boys don't have a school they are moving into OCD (Octavian Country Day) the girls school until their school is rebuilt. It is a big change for both schools because they are not used to going to school with each other. I think that there are going to be some big problems for the pretty committee now because the boys might take their alpha status. Everything is now going to change.

If I could I would give advice to Massie the main (well one of the main) characters. I would tell her to just relax and have fun sometimes because she is always so tense and everything has to be perfect and go her way or shes not happy. She should just go with the flow and just deal with whatever happens. She doesn't always have to try to fix it 'cause a lot of the time she cant and when she trys to she just make it worse.

This book makes me wonder about different outcomes that could happen when they solve a problem because they lead you to a bunch of different outcomes untill they tell you the real one. The book always has me thinking and so interested in what is going to happen next. I never want to stop reading.

The author creates suspense in the book because she always chooses a plot in the book and the problem sometimes is not answered until the end or it gets answered in the middle but there are a bunch of other problems that go on. She makes it suspenseful because your always wanting to know what happens next because something might happen unexpectedly and then you want to know whats gonna happen know. The way she writes makes it very interesting and you never want to put down the book. I sometimes finish a book in two days because I am so into it that I don't want to stop reading.

This book/series reminds me of school and girls today because some of the things in the book could happen in real life. Probably not to that extreme but similar things could happen. A lot of the characters situations are easy to understand and relate to. I think that it is easy to relate to because the author is writing in the perspective of teenage girls that have to deal with situations you might be dealing with or some girls have to deal with.

A motto Massie, the main character seems to live by is "always look your best, you'll never know who you will meet." I think that she lives by this because she always has to look really pretty and her outfits have to be perfect wherever she is. For example when she was going to play soccer she made this outfit that wasn't a soccer outfit at all like instead of shorts she had a skirt on and everything. Also everything that she wears has to be designer. She wont even wear anything that is last season. It all has to be new and in style. So I think that that motto represents her best because she always had to look perfect.

Something that surprized me in this book was how the girls (Massie, Alica, Dylan, Kristin, and Claire) got expelled from OCD (ocatavian contry day). I expected them to get like detention for a while and theyd have to call there parents and everything. I didn't think it would go as far as expoltion.

The thing that bothered me in this book is how the author made them get expelled in the end. It seemed like a downer way to end it. I want to read more but it doesn't seem like the next book would be that interesting because they got expelled so what can they really do. All of the drama happened at school or school related so it seems like the next book will be boring and all the other characters that are in the book wont be spozen of again because the girls aren't aloud on OCD property anymore.

I think I will read another book by this author because the book I just read is part of a series and I want to read every book in the series. What makes me want to read more of her books is how well she puts herself in the shoes of a teenager. Most of the things she talks about can actually happen so its easy to relate to. Every time you read one of her books you cant wait to read the next one because you want to know what happens next. Its really interesting and makes me want to keep reading. I usually cant put down the book.
